Who makes the products you sell?

All BlueBlood products are manufactured ‘in-house’. We have our own workshop where raw materials are delivered and we turn them into beautiful, timeless leather accessories. We also design all of our products ourselves. We have implemented revolutionary production methods that makes our products highly durable and long lasting.

Where does the leather come from?

All leather hides we use are carefully chosen and come from controlled sources in Europe. 

How do I take care of my products?

Each BlueBlood leather essential comes with a cloth and wax included. The wax should last you for many applications and shall be applied whenever you feel that your product’s color is fading (every 1-2 years). 

How do I clean my products?

You can clean your BlueBlood leather product using a damp cloth and tap water. Please make sure you wipe it with dry cloth afterwards.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

What shipping methods are available?

There are two shipping methods available: European & International

Shipping costs:

Most EU countries – €5 for wallets and €10 for bags – delivery time 3-7days

International shipping – €10 for wallets and €30 for bags – delivery 5-15days

Ordering two or more products you only pay for first shipping.

Do you ship outside Europe?

How long will it take to get my package?

Delivery time depends on shipping method chosen. For order from Europe shipping takes 3-7days, orders outside of Europe 5-15days.


Is a signature required?

All orders are shipped via a recorded service and signature upon receipt is required.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are accepted?

BlueBlood accepts payments made through PayPal and Stripe.

With Paypal  you can use funds from your paypal account or credit/debit card.

The above payments methods are express – meaning BlueBlood receives payment confirmation right within minutes. 

Is buying online safe?

Both  Paypal and Stripe payment gateways are protected via an SSL certificate and all your payment details are encrypted. Blue Blood neither receives nor stores any of your bank/credit card information.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?

To place an order please add the products you like to your shopping cart and after checking the contents of your cart please proceed to checkout. Enter all your billing details and shipping details (if different that billing), choose preferred payment method. You will then get redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your order and make payment. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address after payment is received (this could take a couple of minutes).

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can either cancel or make any changes to your order before it’s shipped. If you realize you made a mistake please contact us immediately on info@bbleather.eu

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not require an account to place an order however without an account you would not be able to track your order using our website (you still get email notification regardless of account registration). Registration is preferred and will allow us to send you new arrivals and discounts information.

How do I track my order?

You will get email notification at every step of your order. Your tracking number will be send right after shipping.

What is your order processing time?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours upon payment in full is received. The 48 hours order processing time does not apply to weekends and bank holidays. At busy times we may experience some delays and order processing can be extended to 7 business days.

Are your products warranty covered?

How Can I Return a Product?

Any products ordered from bbleather.eu can be returned within 30 days (from the receipt date). You can either replace your product or get a refund. Returned products must be returned unused and it their original packaging. More information about Returns HERE

Do I need to fill out a return form?
